On January 22, 2008, a second settlement was reached in the Delphi Corporation Securities & “ERISA” Litigation. Please be sure to review the legal documents for both settlements to fully understand your rights.

The Exclusion Filing Deadline is April 15, 2008.

The Objection Filing Deadline is April 15, 2008.

The Final Approval Hearing is April 29, 2008.

The Claim Filing Deadline is May 30, 2008.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT IN AN ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF CLAIM FORM IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELPHI SETTLEMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DELOITTE & TOUCHE SETTLEMENT.
